The Savages

The Savages

Wendy and John are siblings who have recently taken over the care of their elderly father. They’ve placed him in a old-age home near John’s house, and Wendy is staying with John while they make sure their father has settled in. During a previous scene, Wendy tells John that she’s received a grant to develop her play from the Guggenheim Foundation. John discovers that Wendy is lying, and confronts her about it. This scene is cut together using a few smaller scenes that take place in a different setting.
